1. The service

ToucanSim sells prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles provisioned by third-party mobile network partners. Plans do not include voice calls or SMS. Coverage, speed, and network availability are provided by the underlying carrier partners and may vary by location and device.

2. Device compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. Compatibility information on this site is provided as guidance only.

3. Delivery and activation

eSIMs are delivered digitally (QR code and activation code) after payment. An eSIM profile can be installed once, on a single device. Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, unless stated otherwise on the plan.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout via our payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. In short: uninstalled, unactivated eSIMs are refundable; installed or used eSIMs generally are not.

6. Acceptable use

Plans are for personal use in the stated destination(s). Resale of profiles, abusive usage, or use in violation of carrier policies may result in suspension without refund.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToucanSim’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections or roaming charges on other lines.
